We are looking for an individual to join our Client Services team here at our Headquarters in Prescot, Knowsley.
As a Client Services Specialist, you will be responsible for handling the full life cycle of an appointment from the first stage right through until the final certificate upon completion of the analysis. As the main point of contact for the client and the overseas offices, you will be responsible for managing between 50-80 appointments at any one time. Accuracy and attention to detail will be of paramount importance. You will maintain regular and prompt communication with the client and overseas offices both verbally and electronically. You will handle all client enquiries, produce daily ‘Inspection Status’ progress reports and information flows and raise invoices for works carried out. It will be vital you adhere to the appropriate official standards i.e. ISO.
Key competencies and skills required:
Monday to Friday 08.30 to 17.00 with one hour for lunch.
Annual Leave: 20 days holiday increasing by one per year up to a maximum of 25 days, plus bank holidays.
