Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Manager to join our team, based at Potosi, Bolivia. Working within the Human Resources department, this role will support Alfred H Knight and its people to achieve our business aims, by having the right people, in the right place, at the right time, with the right skills.
As Human Resources Manager, you will provide a key interface between HR and the designated global client group to embed a strategic approach to Human Resources. Working in partnership with both managers and employees, you will provide professional, customer focused HR advice and solutions, in order to support and build AHK and our people’s capabilities. This role will also have a strong talent development focus, ensuring the success of AHK’s global talent and leadership development approach.
