Internal Communications Coordinator

What is on offer?

We have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Communications Coordinator to join our Group Marketing & Communications team. Your primary responsibility will be to support the activities of the Group Marketing and Communications function. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for the creation and delivery of engaging and informative content to global employees through a variety of channels. The role holder will be an advocate for the company’s marketing and communications projects within the Marketing Team.

Do you have what it takes?

Required Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours

  • Organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Capable of working on numerous different and varied projects at one time, often to tight deadlines
  • A self-starter who can deliver and present cohesive creative ideas
  • Creatively focussed with a talent for visual storytelling
  • In-tune with current digital communication channels and trends
  • Ability to create content for a variety of audience needs

Required Work Experience 

  • Background within a technical or scientific organisation would be desirable.
  • Experience with a Creative Suite such as Adobe Create Suite, Canva etc. (desirable)
  • Experience using Google Workspace (desirable)

Required Qualifications

  • Marketing, Communications, PR/media qualifications (desirable)
  • English Degree (desirable)
  • Additional Language – Spanish /Mandarin (desirable)
