Junior Implementation Analyst

WHAT IS ON OFFER

Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Implementation Analyst to join our IT team here in Liverpool. In this role you will work as an implementation analyst as part of a low-no code applications team, building many business critical applications for the business. As a low-no code implementation analyst you will translate user requirements into functional workflows, interfaces, and integrations to streamline processes and deliver rapid solutions.

The applications built play a vital role in AHK’s award winning digital transformation journey, which recently earned us the prestigious King’s Award for Innovation in 2024. With AHK’s global footprint, you’ll have exciting opportunities to travel internationally, supporting key project rollouts, while also contributing to our centre of excellence, helping to scale solutions from our UK headquarters across the entire Group.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

To be successful at Alfred H Knight you will need to display the following:
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND WORK EXPERIENCE

 

Essential

  • Ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to resolve complex business problems with excellent user outcomes.
  • Comfortable demonstrating software processes to potentially large audiences and senior management.
  • User focussed, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and champion user needs.
  • Accountable, taking ownership of the implementation of configuration specifications and technical issues.
  • Effective communication of business change and processes.

 

Technical Skills

  • SQL skills, with ability to write queries and execute simple update statements (desirable).
  • Ability to write basic JavaScript expressions (desirable).
  • Application bug diagnostics (desirable):Log analysis, Debugging.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in relevant subject (Computer Science, IT, Sciences).

 

Languages

  • Spanish – business proficiency (desirable).

 

Travel 

  • Opportunities to travel internationally.
