People Systems & Operations Coordinator

WHAT IS ON OFFER

Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity for a People Systems & Operations Coordinator to Join our HR team at our Head Office in Liverpool, UK. The purpose of this role is to facilitate the smooth running of the People Systems & Operations team, managing the shared inbox and to support the maintenance of our People Systems; HRIS and LMS to ensure smooth running of day to day processes across the AHK Group. You will work closely with an assigned location within the group to offer them bespoke system support, you will also work with key stakeholders and end-users to keep the systems up to date and relevant, this will include providing analytics and reports where necessary.

You will work closely with our in-house Digital Content team to manage our YouTube Studio account, which will include but not limited to; uploading videos, updating and replacing links and subtitling videos where necessary. The role will be responsible for ensuring that all existing content is reviewed regularly and for coordinating the content release plan, ensuring it is kept up to date and on track for the group.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

To be successful at Alfred H Knight you will need to display the following:

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND WORK EXPERIENCE

 

Required Competencies

  • Understands how People Systems & Operations can contribute to business success
  • Intermediate IT skills, specifically on Sheets / Docs or Excel / Word, PowerBI desirable but not essential
  • Can work well independently and as part of a team
  • Continuous Improvement mindset
  • Strong English skills to allow high quality copy editing
  • Second language – French preferable, but not essential

 

Required Work Experience

  • Proven track record in complex, high volume data environment using digital systems

 

Required Qualifications

  • A Level education or equivalent with a minimum of English and Maths GCSE Grade C / 5 or equivalent.
