Regional Marketing & Communications Lead

WHAT IS ON OFFER


Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Marketing & Communications Lead to join our team in Santiago. This role will support the group Sales & Marketing function in delivering the Group’s Marketing and Communications Strategy regionally. Your primary focus is to ensure effective regional marketing campaign delivery for the AHK Divisions: Metals & Minerals, Energy Services, Circular Economy, and Agriculture, appropriately according to regional objectives and the local markets. 

You will oversee the planning, execution, and operations of AHK’s regional marketing campaigns and initiatives using relevant marketing tech/automation tools, SEO, paid media advertising, performance tracking, analysis, and reporting. Additionally, you will oversee local internal communications, be a regional brand ambassador, and manage local PR of the operations within the region.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?


To be successful at Alfred H Knight you will need to display the following:

 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND WORK EXPERIENCE 

Required Competencies

  • Digitally savvy with experience in a range of digital systems including Mailchimp, Hubspot or equivalent, and CMS (WordPress or similar).
  • Knowledge of utilising CRM systems for segmentation and targeting
  • Creative with experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, ideally with some video editing knowledge
  • An excellent communicator – verbal and written skills for presenting, and producing reports or business cases. 
  • Task / Project Management and prioritisation skills – must be able to manage multiple projects and campaigns with dynamic deadlines and changing priorities. 
  • Maintains a high attention to detail, expert proofreading skills

 

Required Work Experience

  • 5 years of experience working in a Marketing Role. 

 

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing 
  • CIM Level 6 Digital Marketing or equivalent preferred
  • Project Management Qualification desirable 

 

Required Languages 

  • English speaking as well as native/regional language

 

Travel 

  • This role may require occasional travel nationally/internationally for meetings/events/training and development and some flexibility in working hours when liaising with overseas offices.
