Risk and Insurance Graduate

WHAT IS ON OFFER

The Alfred H Knight Risk and Insurance Graduate Programme is the perfect start for a graduate looking to develop their commercial skills and build a long-term career in Risk.  It is an exciting time to join our Risk & Compliance department as it has grown considerably over the past five years and plays an increasingly more important role in the decision-making process across the business.

You would be part of a highly motivated and innovative team that helps reduce and redirect potential financial, client and marketplace, service delivery, people and compliance impacts.

This is done by creating frameworks, developing policies and working with our external brokers and insurers to source alternative solutions where needed. You would be working with the wider business to appropriately review, challenge, transfer and mitigate risks. Identifying, assessing and ultimately managing our risks is fundamental to our business in order to improve the likelihood of meeting and continuing the company’s objectives.

Based in Liverpool, UK at our UK Global Headquarters, the role will initially involve a two-year development programme that will allow you to perform to your best abilities. During the programme, you will gain a breadth of experience across our risk team primarily assisting in the management of Insurance as well as Enterprise and Travel Risk Management.
