Sampler

WHAT IS ON OFFER

Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity for a Sampler to join the team in Walvisbay Namibia. The role involves effectively preparing all received samples timeously as per Sample Preparations procedures to ensure a high degree of precision and accuracy is achieved from subsequent analytical procedures whilst complying with all SHEQ procedures.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

To be successful at Alfred H Knight the incumbent will need to display the following:

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND WORK EXPERIENCE

 

Required Competencies

  • To be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing
  • Demonstrate ability to lead
  • To be adaptable and flexible
  • Demonstrate good attention to detail
  • To be able to work in a team
  • Ability to work from own initiative with minimum supervision
  • Effective interpersonal skills

 

Required Qualifications

  • Grade 12 (With Maths & Science)
  • Driver’s license

 

Required work experience 

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sample Preparation in Laboratory environment is an advantage
