We believe that personal growth fuels professional success. That’s why we developed ‘Unlock Your Potential’, an immersive workshop series designed to build confidence, strengthen communication, and refine key skillsets.
Led by our Learning & Development team, the programme is already making an impact. Hear from Robbie Hand, Learning & Development Advisor, and Kabir Kumar, Junior Operations Business Partner, as they share how the workshops have supported Kabir’s development and career journey.
INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE SESSIONS – EXPERTISE IN ACTION
Continuous professional development is essential to evolving and delivering trusted services around the world. Our Industry Knowledge Sessions, run by the Learning and Development team, provide colleagues with practical insights into AHK’s core operations.
From client contracts and inspection processes to weighing and sample preparation, these sessions help colleagues develop a deeper understanding of their work and apply their knowledge with confidence.
