We are looking for a disciplined and focused individual to join our close-knit team. This role is essential to our laboratory’s success and requires a very specific mindset:

• High Volume, High Precision: This role involves a high degree of repetition. You will be performing the same technical methods to a very high standard, over and over again. This suits someone who enjoys a consistent, structured routine and finds satisfaction in «getting it right every single time.»
• Detail Oriented: Because the work is repetitive, the challenge is maintaining a high level of concentration. You are the type of person who notices the small details others might miss.
• A Team Player: You will be working within a supportive and expert team where everyone relies on each other’s accuracy to meet strict reporting deadline

 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND WORK EXPERIENCE

Essential

• Unwavering Accuracy: You are naturally precise and take pride in the quality of your work, even when performing high-volume tasks.
• Resilience for Routine: You genuinely enjoy performing repetitive technical tasks and find satisfaction in maintaining high standards throughout a busy shift.
• Methodical Approach: The ability to follow «Standard Operating Practices» strictly without deviation.
• Communication: good communication skills, ability to build relationships with colleagues

Required Competencies

• Analytical Precision: Carrying out the «Autocat» method to a high degree of precision and accuracy to meet strict reporting deadlines.
• Compliance: Working within the guidelines of NEN-EN-ISO/IEC 17025 and following documented procedures.
• Data Management: Maintaining laboratory data and records so that all work is clearly auditable and traceable.
• Equipment Care: Ensuring laboratory instrumentation is maintained and work areas are kept clean and tidy.

Required Work Experience

• Experience working in a high-volume, production-style laboratory environment is a plus.
• Proven experience in a role that requires high levels of concentration and attention to detail.

Required Qualifications

• You must have a completed (K)MLO education (Secondary Laboratory Education)

Required Languages

• Fluent Dutch (written and verbal) is essential
• The ability to speak English would be advantageous
